Exchange or Return for a Refund
If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund you immediately. The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please make sure that
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
We do not accept any request of exchange & return once the "specials" are sold. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required.
Returning Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not accept freight collect and will not receive such parcels. The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive the items and the shipping fee will not be refunded to you as the carrier made the delivery to you and would get the fee. If you ship back your item, please consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to guarantee that we receive your returned item successfully.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately by providing related pictures or videos for assistance.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We ship fast! Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we will be unable to make changes or cancel it.
We offer a full refund if the order has not been processed and is canceled successfully within 24 hours. For orders which are canceled over 24 hours of purchase but have not been processed, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. Please note that we will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been packed or shipped.
Notice: Please fill in valid and detailed address with zip code and phone number when you place the order, otherwise if the carrier fails to deliver due to insufficient address and phone number, the parcel will be returned automatically. In that case, if you want to ask the carrier to resend it, you will be charged the resending fee at your cost. If you don’t pay the resending fee, the parcel may be destroyed or produce storage charges after the deadline, for which you need to take the responsibility. Thank you for your cooperation.
